Eligibility   : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors  Class 2 & 3 Certificate, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject  : Renovation of Daycare Centre at La Digue

Place of Performance  : La Digue

Performance Period  : Twelve (12) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the  Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd floor Room 235 as of Friday 26th May, 2023 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1500Hrs and La Digue district Administration Office from 0830hrs to1600hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Thursday01stJune, 2023 at 1500Hrs.

Details of site visit  : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Friday 02nd June, 2023 at 10:00Hrs.(Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at La Digue DA’s office.

Failure to attend the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to bids being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number / NIN and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “RENOVATION OF THE DAYCARE CENTRE AT LA DIGUE REF NB15/23” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA ANDLA DIGUE DA’S OFFICE, BEFORE 11.00AM on MONDAY 12TH JUNE.2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
