RENOVATION WORKS AT THE L’UNION SPORT COMPLEX- LA DIGUE

The Seychelles Infrastructure Agency wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the Renovation Works at the L’ Union Sport Complex – La Digue through the Limited Bidding Method in line with Section 61 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

This is on the grounds of limited number of qualified contractor meeting the criteria to undertaken the works as per specifications;

• Valid Class 1 Contractor’s License issued by the Seychelles Licensing Authority to operate in Seychelles
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial Year 2023
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Proof of executing past projects of similar size and nature
• Able to show proof of having the machinery and equipment necessary to carry out the works
• Able to show proof of workmanship/workforce to carry out the works
• Able to provide company profile showing years of experience within the construction business

• Harikrishna Builders
• Ascent Project
