Performance Period: | 120 calendar days (4 months) from Notice to Commence. |
Access to Tender Dossier: | The tender dossiers can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority, Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue, Mahé as of Monday 12th June 2023 to Friday 16th June 2023 between 09:00hrs and 15:00hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500/- each. |
Closing Date for Dossier:

Pre-Bid Site Visit: | A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Wednesday 21st June 2023 at 10:00hrs. The meeting place shall be at St Louis Hill (Cable & Wireless).
Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage. |
Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid licence, Business Registration Number / NIN and a Copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023 upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “THE SITE PRPARATION FOR MAST INSTALLATION FOR THE ST LOUIS NEW HF ANTENNA WITH ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria not later than 10:00hrs (SCT) on WEDNESDAY 05TH JULY 2023. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00hrs (SCT) at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening session.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
