CONSTRUCTION OF A SOLID BLOCK RETAINING WALL AT BEL OMBRE.

Eligibility: All Registered Contractors with a valid Class One (1) or Class Two (2) license.

Subject: PUC will undertake the construction of a solid block retaining wall located at Bel Ombre. The work shall compromise of the following:

  1. Site Clearance
  2. Excavation works & Breaking of rocks
  3. Construction of solid block retaining wall
  4. Backfilling and compaction
  5. Profiling of new access way onto the property

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 250.00 each as from Thursday 15th June 2023 to Thursday 22nd June 2023 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license, a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023 and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday 28th June 2023 at 10:00hrs at PUC Conference Room, Electricity House, Roche Caiman

Site-Visit:  A site visit will be held on the project site on Wednesday 28th June 2023 after the pre-bid meeting. 

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Construction of a solid block retaining wall at Bel ombre” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Thursday 13th July 2023 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Thursday 13th July 2023 at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé not later than 10:00hrs Seychelles time.

Bidders are welcome to attend the opening.
