PURCHASE OF TENDER DOCUMENT: Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from Tuesday 4th July 2023 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 11th July 2023 not later than 2.30pm.               

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Thursday 13th July 2023 at 9.30am. The meeting point will be at the Grand Anse Mahe Petrol Station.

Failure to attend the Pre-bid meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bids during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RENOVATION WORKS ON ONE (1) BLOCK OF FLAT AT RIVIERE SECHE AT GRAND ANSE MAHE” DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB)SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE10.00 AM ON TUESDAY 25TH JULY 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
