Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors with Class 2 Certificate only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject  : Major Renovation on Daycare Centre.

Place of Performance  : Bel Air

Performance Period : Ten (10) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local  Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Thursday13th July, 2023 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each 

Closing date for Dossier  : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday18thJuly, 2023 at 1400Hrs.

Details of site visit  : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Wednesday 19th July, 2023 at 10:00Hrs.(Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Bel Air DA’s office.

Failure to attend the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to bids being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license, Business Registrationupon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.                                                                  

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “MAJOR RENOVATION WORK ON BEL AIR DAYCARE CENTRE, REF NB24/23” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11.00AM on WEDNESDAY 26TH JULY.2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
