Eligibility  : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors with Class 2 Certificate only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject   : Construction of motorable access road and Bridge-Phase 2

Place of Performance  : Baie Lazare

Performance Period : Ten (10) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local  Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2^nd Floor Room 235 as of Thursday27^th July, 2023 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday02^ndAugust, 2023 at 1400Hrs.

Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Thursday 03^rd August, 2023 at 09:30Hrs.(Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Baie Lazare DA’s office.

Failure to attend the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to bids being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license, Business Registrationupon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
