CONSTRUCTION OF NEW LANE, FOOTPATH AND DRAIN AT POINTE LARUE (PHASE 1).

The Seychelles Land Transport Agency wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the CONSTRUCTION OF NEW LANE, FOOTPATH AND DRAIN AT POINTE LARUE (PHASE 1) using the Limited Bidding Method in line with Section 61 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

This is on the grounds of limited number of qualified contractors meeting the criteria to undertaken the works.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  • Belvedere Builders
  • BCCL
  • Dean Builders
  • Earth Development
  • Jas Builders
  • Nick’s & Co Builders
  • RJH Construction
  • UCPS

All potential participants must submit the following mandatory documents along with their interests:

  • Valid Class 1 Contractor’s License issued by the Seychelles Licensing Authority to operate in Seychelles
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial Year 2023
  • Valid Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation
  • Company profile showing years of experience within the Construction Business along with past projects of similar nature
  • Proof of having the machinery and equipment necessary to carry out the works
  • A copy of VAT Certificate (if applicable)
  • Proof of workmanship/workforce to carry out the works
