Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject : Construction of Pedestrian Bridge, Steps and Installation of Railing at Mont   Buxton.

Place of Performance : Mont Buxton

Performance Period : Eight (8) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Friday 08th  September, 2023 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Thursday14thSeptember, 2023 at 1500Hrs.

Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Friday 15th September, 2023 at 10:00Hrs.(Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Mont Buxton DA’s office.

Failure to attend the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to bids being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company of registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE, STEPS AND INSTALLATION OF RAILING AT MONT BUXTON REF NB35/23” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.30AM ON THURSDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER, 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
