ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. Contractors CLASS 2 & 3 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

SUBJECT: Re-Roofing of Canteen at Seychelles Maritime Academy

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Seychelles Maritime Academy

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 2 Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri, Mahé as of Friday 15th September 2023 at 10:00am, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier is Thursday 21st September, 2023 at 3.00pm.

Potential Bidders should provide a copy of the valid license, and the Business Registration Number/NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT:   A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Friday 22nd September, 2023 at 10.00am. The meeting point shall be at Seychelles Maritime Academy. Failure to attend the site meeting will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TENDER FOR RE-ROOFING OF CANTEEN AT SMA” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE Thursday 5th October 2023 AT 10.30AM. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOMED TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
