RE-ROOFING OF MAIN MET BUILDING AT SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT POINTE LARUE

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors CLASS I & CLASS II registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: MAIN MET BUILDING SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT POINTE LARUE MAHE.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 6 CALENDAR WEEKS

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Seychelles Meteorological Authority Office at the Seychelles International Airport Pointe Larue Mahe as of Monday 9th October 2023 from 9.00am to 3pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150.00 each and deadline date shall for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 13th October 2023 at 3pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for Financial Year 2023upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 17th October 2023 at 1000hrs.  The meeting point shall be at Seychelles Meteorological Authority Seychelles International Airport Pointe Larue. As per procedures of the Seychelles International Airport all Bidders should submit a copy of ID card upon collection of the tender dossier to facilitate entry on the premises of Seychelles International Airport on the site visit date. Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder in the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “RE-ROOFING OF MAIN MET BUILDING AT SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT POINTE LARUE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1st FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 1100 HRS ON TUESDAY 31ST OCTOBER  2023.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1100hrs.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
