RE ROOFING WORKS ON TWO (2) SEMI DETACHED UNITS AT EX ARCHANGE MICHEL – ANSE AUX PINS

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Two (2) Months

PURCHASE OF TENDER DOCUMENT: Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean Gate House as from Wednesday 29th November 2023 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 5th December 2023 not later than 2.30pm          

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023 upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Wednesday 6th December 2023 at 10.00am. The meeting point will be at Anse Aux Pins Clinic Car Park.

Failure to attend the Pre-bid meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bids during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RE ROOFING WORKS ON TWO (2) SEMI DETACHED UNITS AT EX ARCHANGE MICHEL – ANSE AUX PINS.” AND MUST BE DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE NO LATER THAN 10.00AM ON WEDNESDAY 20TH DECEMBER 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT10.00AM.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
