SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:

Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from Monday 05th February 2024 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 09th February 2024 not later than 2.30pm

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Monday 12th February 2024 at 10.30am. The meeting place shall be at the Junction at Kan Toburk- Sans Soucis.

Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “ALTERATION OF 110MM DIA PVC AND COPPER PIPE AT KAN TOBURK - SANS SOUCIS” DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, BEFORE 10.00AM TUESDAY 27TH FEBRUARY 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
