The Programme and Development Coordination Section (PDCS) under the Ministry of Agriculture, Climate Change and Environment (MACCE) seeks an expression of interest from suitably experienced international consultants who wish to provide consultancy services to conductA Feasibility Study to Set Up a Guarantee Scheme for the Development Bank of Seychelles’ (DBS) Blue Economy Loans and Build Capacity in Project Evaluation”. This consultancy falls under the GOS-GEF-UNDP Project entitled “Prioritising Biodiversity Conservation and Nature-based Solutions as Pillars of Seychelles’ Blue Economy”, or “Blue Economy Project”.

The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-mentioned consultancy Service from listed applicants.

  • Evaluation Criteria

It is compulsory for all interested applicant to obtain the EOI Document before submitting any Responses to this EOI.                       

 

The eligible applicants must submit their response and clearly state the Consultancy title “Consultancy Services to Demonstrate the Business Case for the Sustainable Seychelles Label and Conduct Energy and Biodiversity Audits for Specific Tourism Accommodationsin the email subject to the above-mentioned no later than 2.00 pm (GMT +4 / Seychelles Time) on the Monday 5th August 2024

Any late proposal will not be accepted and the interested parties shall be notified accordingly via email.

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. The Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
