PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO CONDUCT AN IMPACT ASSESSMENT OF THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL TRADE ZONE (“SITZ”) SECTOR FOR THE SEYCHELLES FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY.

The main objective of the service is to develop a report that will guide the Government of Seychelles (“GOS”), the FSA and other stakeholders on the impact of the ITZ regime towards the country for the past 27 years. The Consultant would also advise on areas of policy intervention to revamp the regime and propose a new business model for the ITZ Sector.

All interested parties should convey their interest to the Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Services Authority by email at procurement@fsaseychelles.sc with the heading “Consultancy Services to conduct an Impact Assessment of the Seychelles International Trade Zone (“SITZ”) Sector for the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (“FSA”)” at the FSA Reception Office, Bois De Rose, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles no later than 12.00Hrs Local Time on Friday 23rd August, 2024. No responses will be accepted after the set deadline.  

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
