CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF THE APRON EXTENSION PROJECT AT THE PRASLIN AIRPORT

The Seychelles Airports Authority is inviting sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced consultant (s)/Consultancy Firms to provide consultancy services for the “Design and Construction Supervision of the apron extension project at the Praslin airport”. The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-mentioned Consultancy Services from short-listed applicants.  

The EOI document contains the following;

• Background and Objective of the Consultancy Services
• Terms of Reference (TOR)
• Submission Requirement
• Qualification Criteria, and
• Evaluation Criteria

The EOI Document can be requested via the email address specified below or it can be collected at the Seychelles Airports Authority, Sunshine House,1^st Floor, Providence, Mahe at the Procurement Section as from Wednesday 9^th July 2025from8:00hrs to 15:00hrs. Deadline for the collection of EOI Documents will be Wednesday 16^th July 2025at15:00hrs. It is compulsory for all interested applicants to request or collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI. All request and enquiries should be addressed to:

Eligible consultants must submit their response in a sealed envelope marked “Design and Construction Supervision of the apron extension project at the Praslin airport” to the above-mentioned address no later than 15:00hrs on Monday 21^st July 2025.Responses submitted after the deadline will not be accepted nor considered.

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Documents will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
