The Seychelles Fisheries Authority (SFA) is seeking the expertise of qualified Individual/ Consultants / Consultancy Firms in Marine Biology, Fisheries Science, Environmental Management to provide consultancy services for the “Review and Update the Mahé Plateau Trap and Line Fishery Co-Management Plan”.  The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above- mentioned consultancy Service from shortlisted applicants.

The Expression of Interest (EoI) Document containing:

  • Background, Aim & Objective of the consultancy
  • Scope of Works and Services
  • Instructions to Consultants
  • Applicant’s Expression of Interest Format

Can be collected/obtained from the address below as from Monday 4th August 2025to Monday 11th August 2025 between 9.00am to 3.00pm.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible candidates must submit their responses in sealed envelope marked “Procurement of Consultancy Services to Review and Update the Mahe Plateau Trap and Line Fishery Co-Management Plan” to the above-mentioned address no later than 11.00am (Seychelles Time) on Monday 25th August 2025.  No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
