The Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA) is seeking the expertise of suitable qualified and experience Individuals/ Consultant/ Consultancy Firms for the “Procurement of Consultancy Services forMarine Environmental Baseline Survey for proposed breakwater and Channel Development’’. The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above- mentioned consultancy Service from listed applicants.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) Document containing:

  • Background and Objective of the Consultancy,
  • Terms of Reference,
  • Submission Requirement,
  • Qualification Criteria, and
  • Evaluation Criteria,

The EOI document can be requested by email or be collected from the Office of the Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA) at the address specified below as from Monday 06th October 2025 to Friday 10th October 2025 at 9.00 am to 3.00 pm

The deadline for the submission of responses for the EOI is on Tuesday 28th October 2025 at 11.00am (Seychelles Time) or by email: procurement@seyport.sc  and no responses will be accepted after the set deadline.

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
