The Seychelles Fisheries Authority (SFA) is seeking the expertise of qualified individuals/ Consultants / Consultancy Firms experienced in Aquaculture, Marine Sciences, or Fisheries Management to provide consultancy services for the External Review of the Seychelles Aquaculture Sector Development Plan (ASDP). The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-mentioned consultancy Service from the listed applicants

The Expression of Interest (EOI) Document containing:

  • Background, Aim & Objective of the consultancy
  • Terms of Reference
  • Submission Requirement
  • Qualification criteria
  • Evaluation criteria

Can be collected/obtained from the address below from Monday, 06th October to Friday, 10th  October 2025, between 9.00 am to 3.00 pm.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible candidates must submit their responses in a sealed envelope marked “Consultancy Services for the External Review of the Seychelles Aquaculture Sector Development Plan (ASDP)” to the above-mentioned address no later than 11.00 am (Seychelles Time) on Wednesday, 22nd October 2025. No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
