CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF THE CIVIL WORKS FOR THE INSTRUMENT LANDING SYSTEM (ILS) PROJECT AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

The Seychelles Airports Authority is inviting sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced consultant (s)/Consultancy Firms to provide “Consultancy Services for the Design and Construction Supervision of the Civil Works for the Instrument Landing System (ILS) project at the Seychelles International Airport.’’ 

The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-mentioned Consultancy Services from short-listed applicants.  

The Expression of Interest (EOI) Document containing;

• Background and Objective of the Consultancy,
• Terms of Reference,
• Submission Requirement,
• Qualification Criteria, and
• Evaluation Criteria,

can be collected from the address given below as from Thursday 23^rd October 2025 to Wednesday 29^th October 2025 as from 9:00am to 3:00pm or can be sent via email upon request.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect/receive the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible consultants must submit their responses in sealed envelope marked “Consultancy Services for the Design and Construction Supervision of the Civil Works for the Instrument Landing System (ILS) project at the Seychelles International Airport” to the above-mentioned address not later than Friday 21^st November 2025 at 3:00pm. No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only the Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the short-listed applicants only.
