The Seychelles Fisheries Authority (SFA) is seeking the expertise of qualified Local/International Individual/ Consultants / Consultancy Firms to provide “Consultancy Services for the Mid-Term Review of the Seychelles Fisheries Authority Strategic Plan (2022-2027)”.  The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above- mentioned consultancy Service from shortlisted applicants.

The Expression of Interest (EoI) Document containing:

  • Background & Objective of the consultancy
  • Terms of Reference
  • Instruction to Applicant
  • Applicant’s Expression of Interest Format

Can be collected/obtained from the address below as from Wednesday 11th February 2026to Wednesday 18th February 2026 between 9.00am to 3.00pm.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible candidates must submit their responses in sealed envelope marked “Consultancy Services for the Mid-Term Review of the Seychelles Fisheries Authority Strategic Plan (2022-2027)” to the above-mentioned address no later than 11.00am (Seychelles Time) on Wednesday 11th March 2026.  No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
