PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ADVANCED DIPLOMA PROGRAMME IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

The National Institute of Health and Social Studies (NIHSS) is inviting sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced consultant(s)/Consultancy Firms to provide “CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ADVANCED DIPLOMA PROGRAMME IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY”.

The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-mentioned Consultancy Services from short-listed applicants.  

The Expression of Interest (EOI) Document containing;

• Background and Objective of the Consultancy,
• Terms of Reference,
• Instruction to the Applicants
• Qualification Criteria, and
• Evaluation Criteria

Can be collected from the address below as from Monday 9^th March 2026 to Friday 13^th March 2026 as from 8.00am to 3.00pm.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible candidates must submit their responses in sealed envelope marked “CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OFAN ADVANCED DIPLOMA PROGRAMME IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY” to the above-mentioned address not later than Friday 20^th March 2026 at 3.00pm. No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the short-listed applicants only.
