PROCUREMENT OF STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR PROJECTS OF SCR 10MILLION AND ABOVE

The Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA) is inviting suitably qualified local Consultant/Consultancy Firms to provide “STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR PROJECTS OF SCR 10MILLION AND ABOVE”.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-mentioned Consultancy Services from shortlisted applicants.

The EOI Document containing:

• Background & Objective of the Consultancy;
• Terms of Reference;
• Instruction to the Applicants;
• Qualification Criteria;
• Evaluation Criteria;

Can be collected from the address as stated below as from Monday 16^th March, 2026 to Friday 20^th March, 2026 between 9:00am to 2:00pm.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to obtain the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible candidates must submit their responses in a sealed envelope marked “STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR PROJECTS OF SCR 10MILLION AND ABOVE”, to the above-mentioned address no later than 2:00pm (Seychelles Time) on Thursday 26^th March, 2026. 

No responses will be accepted after the deadline.

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. The Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
