The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced Consultancy Firms either locally or internationally to develop a comprehensive Business Continuity Management System (“BCMS”).
The main objective of the Consultancy Services is to develop a comprehensive and fully operational BCMS in line with ISO 22301 for the FSA. The BCMS should provide a structured framework to ensure continuity of the Authority’s critical functions during disruptions, strengthen its Organizational resilience and align its business continuity practices taking into account the national framework, stakeholder relationships and international best practices.

The EOI document can be requested at the email address specified below between Wednesday 18th March 2026 to Tuesday 31st March, 2026 between 0900Hrs to 1500Hrs Local Time. All interested parties should convey their interest to the Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Services Authority by email at procurement@fsaseychelles.sc with the heading “Consultancy Services to develop a comprehensive Business Continuity Management System in line with ISO 22301 for the Financial Services Authority” no later than 1200Hrs Local Time on Thursday 16th April, 2026. No responses will be accepted after the set deadline.
Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
