The Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy and Natural Resources is inviting suitably qualified consultants / Individuals / consultancy firms to provide “CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO REVIEW THE COCO-DE MER (MANAGEMENT) DECREE, 1978 AND THE COCO-DE-MER (RESTRICTION ON THE PROCESSING, TRADE AND EXPORT OF UNPROCESSED KERNEL OF MATURE NUT) REGULATIONS, 2020”.
The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above- mentioned Consultancy Services from listed applicants.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.
The eligible candidates must submit their responses in a sealed envelope marked “CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO REVIEW THE COCO-DE MER (MANAGEMENT) DECREE, 1978 AND THE COCO-DE-MER (RESTRICTION ON THE PROCESSING, TRADE AND EXPORT OF UNPROCESSED KERNEL OF MATURE NUT) REGULATIONS, 2020”, to the above-mentioned address no later than 2.00pm (Seychelles Time) on Tuesday 28th April 2026. No responses will be accepted after the deadline.
Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. The bid document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
