TENDER FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR STRUCTURAL/CIVIL ENGINEER TO PROVIDE STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT REPORT OF THE SPA HEADQUARTERS BUILDING (BLOCK 1) AND THE ADJACENT JETTY.

The Seychelles Ports Authority (“SPA”) wishes to inform the Public that it will be undertaking the Procurement of Consultancy Services for Structural/Civil Engineer to Provide Structural Assessment Report of the SPA Headquarters Building (Block 1) and the Adjacent Jetty through the adoption of Limited Selection Method under Clause 62. 2 (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

This is on the grounds of limited number of bidders with the required expertise in-house and capability to undertake the work while meeting the following eligibility criteria:

  1. The tender is open to all Locally Registered and licensed Civil/Structural Engineer.
  2. Ten (10) years of experience in the field.
  3. Has completed similar works in the past five (5) years

The proposed shortlisted Consultants are as follows:

  1. Mr. Pool & Marc;
  2. Atom Engineering Pty Ltd;
  3. DM Civil Engineering; and
  4. Naya Engineering Services.

In line with Regulation 77. 4. (d) of the Public Procurement Regulations 2014, any potential bidder requiring information on the procurement requirement or wishing to participate in the procurement may contact the SPA Procurement Unit at the following address:
