CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN OF UTILITIES AND ROADS INFRASTRUCTURE ON EVE ISLAND PRASLIN

The project aims at developing detailed engineering designs including cost estimates for (i) further development of the existing electricity, water and communications infrastructure, (ii) a new sewerage system and (iii) extension and rerouting of road infrastructure (including drains and pavements) on the reclaimed Eve Island.

Collection of tender: The Tender Documents can be obtained as of Wednesday 22^nd December 2021 until the end of working day on Wednesday 29^th December 2021 at no charge for interested bidders by contacting through email the Procuring Entity using the contact information in this Invitation to Tender. The Procuring Entity will then respond by email to all interested bidders and provide an Internet Link to download the Tender Documents.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN OF UTILITIES AND ROADS INFRASTRUCTURE ON EVE ISLAND PRASLIN” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Thursday 20^th January 2022 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Thursday 20^th January 2022 at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé not later than 10:00hrs Seychelles time.

Bidders are welcome to attend the opening.
