THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND TRANSPORT (DOT), WITHIN THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT, REPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES, INVITES FOR THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR ELIGIBLE EXPERT(S), INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT, AND/OR CONSULTANCY FIRM TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING CONSULTANCY SERV

INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Department of Land Transport (DoT), within the Ministry of Transport, Republic of Seychelles, invites for the Expression of Interest (EOI) for eligible expert(s), individual consultant, and/or consultancy firm to provide the following Consultancy services:

The tender has been divided into three (3) lots;

Lot 1 – International Policy, Business and Strategy Expert to support with the Development of the gender-sensitive Nation al Electric Mobility Strategy.

Lot 2 – International Electric Mobility Technology Expert provide technical economic and financial expertise on the subject of electric mobility technology

Lot 3 – International Battery Technology, Charging and Renewable Energy Integration Expert to provide technical and economic expertise on the subject of the integration of electric mobility charging infrastructure and associated market development of renewable energies.

NOTE: Eligible expert, consultant or consultancy firm may bid for one (1) Lot or bid for all 3 Lots and will be eligible to be awarded with one (1) or all Lots.

(i) Background and Objective of the Consultancy,
(ii) Terms of Reference,
(iii) Instruction to Consultants
(iv) Annex 1 - Applicant’s Expression of Interest – Format,

The eligible consultants/experts must submit their responses by email to elvis.octave@gov.sc; cc pandre@gov.sc by Friday 14th April, 2023 at 1100hrs Seychelles Time with the subject line “Expression of Interest for the Consultancy Service to support the shift to Electric Mobility in Seychelles”

Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
