PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN COUNSELLING

The National Institute of Health and Social Studies (NIHSS) is inviting sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced consultant(s)/Consultancy Firms to provide “Consultancy Services for the Development of an Advanced Diploma in Counselling”. The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above mentioned Consultancy Services from short-listed applicants.  

The EOI Document containing;

  • Background and Objective of the Consultancy,
  • Terms of Reference,
  • Submission Requirement,
  • Qualification Criteria, and
  • Evaluation Criteria,

can be collected from the addresses given below as from Wednesday 19th July 2023to Tuesday 25th July 2023 as from 8.00am to 3.00pm.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible consultant (s)/ Consultancy Firm must submit their responses in sealed envelope marked Consultancy Services for the Development of an Advanced Diploma in Counselling to the above mentioned addresses not later than Wednesday 02nd August 2023 at 3.00pm. No responses will be accepted after the deadline. Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted.
