The Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA) invites sealed Expression of Interest (EOI) from established reputable Consultancy Firm with experience “To develop the Strategic Plan for Seychelles Ports Authority’’. The aim is to bring SPA to the next threshold of its development and evolution while maintaining a stable and sustainable commercial trajectory.  

Participation in open national selection shall be limited to citizen of Seychelles and local bidders only.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) Document containing:

  • Background and Objective of the Consultancy,
  • Terms of Reference,
  • Instruction to Consultants
  • Annex 1 - Applicant’s Expression of Interest – Format

Can be obtained by email or can be collected from the address below as from Monday 30 October 2023 to Friday 07 November 2023 at 0900 hrs to 1400 hrs

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI. No EOI document will be issued after the deadline for collection.

The eligible consultants must submit their response in clearly marked ““Expression of Interest for the Consultancy Service – To develop the Strategic Plan for SPA”’’ and addressed to;

The deadline for the submission of responses for the EOI is on Tuesday 21 November 2023 at 1100hrs (Seychelles Time) and no responses will be accepted after the set deadline.

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
