PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ESIAs

The Public Utilities Corporation (PUC) wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the procurement of Consultancy Services for two Full Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) for Solar PV projects on La Digue, through the adoption of Limited Bidding Method under Section 61 2 (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

This is on the grounds of restricted qualified sources to provide the consultancy services as per specifications.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

• Ian Charlette Consulting
• DAR Environmental Services
• Eco-Sol
• EPM Seychelles
• Ameer Ebrahim Consulting
• Island Conservation Society Seychelles
• Louis G. Barbe

The tender is restricted for potential Consultants/firms only, that can provide / deliver to the requirement within a specific time frame.

Any potential bidder requiring any information on this procurement or wishing to participate in this procurement, may contact or submit their interest containing the below submission requirements via email to the Procurement Section of the PUC based at Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue.

The following information must be submitted along with their interests:

• CV of lead consultant
• List of EIA’s in the past 10 years, particularly for projects in near-shore water bodies, involved reclamation or utility scale PV systems.
• Letter of EIA Consultant Registration

Deadline for submission of interest should be done not later than Thursday 16^th April 2026.
