Project Title:

Removal of Rocks and Site Levelling in the Rawinsonde Area at the Seychelles International Airport.

Eligibility:

The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All contractors CLASS I only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Performance Period:

Six (6) weeks from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier:

The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Seychelles

Civil Aviation Authority, Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue, Mahe as

of Thursday 18th April 2024 to Wednesday 24th April 2024 between 0900hrs  

to 1500hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR500/- each.

Closing Date for Dossier:

 The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 24th April 2024 at 1500hrs.  NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.

Pre-Tender Site Visit:

A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Friday 26th April 2024 at 1000hrs. The meeting place shall be at the International Terminal, Seychelles International Airport.

 

Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “REMOVAL OF ROCKS AND SITE LEVELLING IN THE RAWINSONDE AREA AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria NOT LATER THAN 10.00AM ON THURSDAY 09th MAY 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00 AM at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
