Project Title: Construction of 33kv Cubicles at Anse La Mouche & Anse Parnel

Eligibility: All Registered Contractors with a valid Class I license for such work.

Subject: PUC intends to construct 33KV cubicles at Anse La Mouche & Anse Parnel respectively.

Performance Period: The successful Tenderer will be expected to complete the works in a period of 4 months from the Notice to Commence.

Collection of tender
Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Monday 29th March 2021, 2021 to Tuesday 6th April, 2021 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting:
A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Thursday 8th April 2021 at 09:30hrs at Electricity House, Roche Caiman.

Followed by a: 

Site-Visit: A site visit will be held on the project site on Thursday 8th April 2021 after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit.

 

Submission of Tender
Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “CONSTRUCTION OF 33KV CUBICLES AT ANSE LA MOUCHE & ANSE PARNEL” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender:
The closing date for the tender is Thursday 22nd April 2021 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender:
Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Thursday 22nd April 2021 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.
