Eligibility

: CLASS I registered and licensed Contractors to operate in Seychelles.

Place of Performance

:  Praslin Airport, Grand Anse, Praslin.

Performance Period

:  240 calendar days (8 months) from Notice to Commence

Access to Tender Dossier

: The tender dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Unit, Seychelles Civil

   Aviation Authority, Sunshine House, Providence Industrial Estate, Mahé OR at  

   SCAA Office, Praslin Airport as of Monday 23rd September    2024 to Friday 27th

   September 2024 between 09:00am and 3.00pm against payment of a non-

   refundable fee of SCR 500/- each.

Closing Date for Dossier

 

 : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 27th September

    2024 at 3.00pm

Pre-Tender Site Visit:

:  A mandatory site information meeting has been organized for Wednesday 02nd October 2024 at 10.00am. The meeting place shall be at Arrival Concourse,

 Iles Des Palmes Airport, Grande Anse Praslin.

 

Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number / NIN and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “REMODELLING OF FIRST FLOOR PRASLIN DOMESTIC TERMINAL and CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW STAIRCASE” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Third Floor, Care House, Victoria not later than 10:00am on THURSDAY 24TH OCTOBER 2024.

Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00am at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening session.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
