TENDER FOR RENOVATION WORKS ON THE MORTUARY AT THE SEYCHELLES HOSPITAL

This is on the grounds of limited number of qualified contractors meeting the criteria to undertake the works.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  • W&M BUILDERS
  • RAFA BUILDERS
  • DONALD BUILDING & CONTRACTORS
  • RANDOLPH MAINTENANCE
  • GOLDEN BRICKS
  • RONFORD CONSTRUCTION

All potential participants must submit following mandatory document: along with their interests:

  1. Copy of Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation
  2. A valid Class 3 or 2 Contractor’s License issued by the Seychelles Licensing Authority to operate in Seychelles
  3. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial year 2024
  4. Company profile showing years of experience within the construction business along with past projects of similar nature, and of value not below SCR 500,000.00
  5. Proof of having the machinery and equipment necessary to carry out the works
  6. A copy of VAT Certificate
  7. Proof of workmanship/workforce to carry out the works
