CONSTRUCTION OF STONE RETAINING WALL AND ROAD WIDENING AT LE NIOLE (PHASE 2)

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. Only Class I contractors who are registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

CONDITION: Bidder who has an existing civil work contract with the SLTA, for which those contracts are less than 70% completed, will not be eligible to participate in this tender

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Le Niole

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 4 Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Wednesday 06th November 2024 from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each. The deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 12th November 2024 not later than 12.00 p.m.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase. 

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized for Wednesday 13th November 2024 at 09.30 a.m. and the meeting place will be at Le Niole Bus Turning Area. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: 

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF STONE RETAINING WALL AND ROAD WIDENING AT LE NIOLE (PHASE 2)” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00 A.M. ON WEDNESDAY 27TH NOVEMBER 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00 A.M. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
