Performance Period: | 120 calendar days (4 months) from Notice to Commence. |
Access to Tender Dossier: | The tender dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Unit, Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority, 1st Floor – Sunshine House, Providence, Mahé as of Monday 11th November 2024 to Friday 15th November 2024 between 09:00hrs and 15:00hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500/- each. |

Pre-Bid Site Visit: | A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Wednesday 20th November 2024 at 10:00hrs. The meeting place shall be at Pointe Larue - opposite Cargo Terminal.
Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage. |
Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid licence, Business Registration Number / NIN and a Copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “CONSTRUCTION OF STAFF PARKING & INSTALLATION OF CHAIN-LINK FENCE AT POINTE LARUE” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat,Attic Floor, Care House Building, Victoria not later than 10:00hrs (SCT) on TUESDAY 17TH DECEMBER 2024. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00hrs (SCT) at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening session.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
