ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 only who are registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Anse Severe Bridge, La Digue

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 42 calendar days

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Accounts Office at Dream gate complex, Block B, 1st Floor, Ile Du Port or at the SLTA’s Office, Amitie, Grand Anse Praslin as of Wednesday 12th March 2025 from 9:00 am to 12.00am and 1.00pm to 3.00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 18th March 2025 not later than 3.00pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized Thursday 20th March 2025 at 10.30 am and the meeting place will be at La Digue Administration Office, La Passe. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TENDER FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTPATH ON ANSE SEVERE BRIDGE, LA DIGUE.”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA AND DA’S LA PASSE LA DIGUE BEFORE 11.00AM ON MONDAY 7TH APRIL 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
