ELIGIBILITY:

The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. Contractors Class 1 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Conditions:

  • Contractors must be able to demonstrate capability to perform works worth of minimum SR1M of similar nature either government/ private works.
  • Bidder must not have any ongoing project(s) with any Public Procuring Entity;
  1. which has/have delayed beyond the respective completion date(s) set out in the respective Contract (s) due to delays attributable to the Contractor or
  1. where actual progress of works has fallen behind the expected progress, due to delays attributed to the Contractor.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: LA DIGUE LANDFILL – L’UNION ESTATE, LA DIGUE

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:  20 Calendar Weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA) Mahe Headquarters, 2nd Floor – Independence House and SIA Praslin Office at Baie Ste. Anne District Administration as of Friday 21st March 2025 from 9:00am to 2:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 200 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 27th March 2025 at 12 noon.

Potential Bidders must provide a copy of the valid license and valid tax clearance certificate for the Financial Year 2025 upon purchase of the tender dossier upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE–BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting / site visit has been organized on Friday 28th March 2025 at 12 noon. The meeting point shall be at the La Digue Landfill area – L’Union Estate

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY/RETAINING WALL & DRAIN AT LA DIGUE LANDFILL” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARDSECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA AND SIA PRASLIN OFFICE, BAIE STE. ANNE PRASLIN BEFORE 10:00AM ON TUESDAY 8TH APRIL 2025.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
