TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROJECT AT PROVIDENCE/PETIT PARIS/ZONE 18 (ADDITIONAL LANE)

The Seychelles Land Transport Agency (SLTA) invites tenderers to tender for the “TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROJECT AT PROVIDENCE/PETIT PARIS/ZONE 18 (ADDITIONAL LANE)”. The project will build a footpath and widen key areas in Providence, Petite Paris, and Zone 18. This will improve safety for pedestrians and drivers by creating more space and better walkways. The upgrades will help reduce accidents and traffic issues. With safer paths and wider roads, people can move around more easily. This initiative will benefit the community by making travel smoother and safer for everyone.

 SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of Seychelles.

 ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 1 & 2 only registered and           licensed to operate in Seychelles.

 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Ile Du Port, Mahe.

 PERFORMANCE PERIOD: One hundred and Fifty (150) working days.

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1^st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Tuesday 27^th May 2025 from 9.00am to 12.00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR400.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Monday 2^nd June 2025 not later than 3.00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 03^rd June 2025 at 9.00 am and the meeting place will be at Providence next to the PUC Building. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROJECT AT PROVIDENCE/PETIT PARIS/ZONE 18 (ADDITIONAL LANE)” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM ON MONDAY 23RD JUNE 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
