 INVITATION TO TENDER

CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SIDE CABINET AND REPLACEMENT OF EXTERNAL WATER PIPES AT THE SCHOOL OF A LEVEL STUDIES

 

SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of Seychelles

 

ELIGIBILITY:  The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors CLASS 2 & CLASS 3 ONLY registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

SUBJECT: Construction of new side cabinet and replacement of external water pipes at the school of A Level Studies

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: School of A Level Studies

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:  7 Weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development, Mont Fleuri, Mahé as of Monday 14th June, 2021 at 10.00am, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each and deadline date l for obtaining the dossier is Monday 21st June, 2021 at 3.00pm.

Potential Bidders should provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier.  Bidders may inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

 

SITE VISIT:   A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 22 nd June, 2021 at 10.30am. The meeting point shall be at School of A Level Studies. Failure to attend the site meeting will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

 

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SIDE CABINET AND REPLACEMENT OF EXTERNAL WATER PIPES AT THE SCHOOL OF A LEVEL STUDIES” AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE WEDNESDAY 30th JUNE, 2021 AT 10.00AM. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
