CONSTRUCTION OF AN INDOOR SPORTS COMPLEX AT ANSE ROYALE

ELIGIBILITY:  

The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. Contractors Class 1 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Conditions:

  • Contractors must be able to demonstrate capability to perform works worth at least SCR 5 Million of similar nature either government/ private works.
  • Bidder must not have any ongoing project(s) with any Public Procuring Entity;
  1. which has/have delayed beyond the respective completion date(s) set out in the respective Contract (s) due to delays attributable to the Contractor or
  1. Where actual progress of works has fallen behind the expected progress, due to delays attributed to the Contractor.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Parcel C7575 at Anse Royale

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:  52 Calendar Weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender dossier can be obtained electronically from the Consulting

Engineer, GIBB (Seychelles) Ltd by emailing the Project Engineer, Mr. Shankith Chalil (schalilgibb@email.sc).as of Monday 16th June 2025 from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is 20th June 2025 at 1400Hrs.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and the Business Registration Number / NIN upon requesting the tender document by email

PRE – BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting / site visit has been organized on                                  Monday 23rd June 2025 at 10:00 am. The meeting point shall be at the parking lot of NSC Hall, Anse Royale.

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder. 

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF INDOOR SPORTS COMPLEX AT ANSE ROYALE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, CARE HOUSE, GORDON SQUARE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00HRS ON 07 JULY 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
