Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject  : Re-fencing of Playground and Installation of Toys at St. Ange Estate, Takamaka.

Place of Performance : St. Ange Estate, Takamaka.

Performance Period : Six (6) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Wednesday 02nd July, 2025 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each 

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Monday07thJuly, 2025 at 1400Hrs.

Details of site visit  : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Tuesday 08th July, 2025 at 10:00Hrs.(Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Takamaka DA’s office meeting room.

Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to bid being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “RE-FENCING OF PLAYGROUND & INSTALLATION OF TOYS AT ST. ANGE ESTATE, TAKAMAKA AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 1000HRS ON TUESDAY 22ND JULY, 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
