RECONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGE AND RETAINING WALL INCLUDING DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT BAIE LAZARE – ANSE GAULETTE

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms: Only Class I Contractors registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.
- Contractors must have successfully completed at least two (2) civil engineering projects involving bridge or major drainage works, each valued above SCR 1 million, within the past five (5) years.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Baie Lazare
PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Six (6) Months
ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Friday 11th July 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 16th July 2025 not later than 03.00 p.m.
Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Thursday 17th July 2025 at 11:30 a.m. and the meeting place will be at Baie Lazare Supermarket (Junction to Val Dan Dor road). Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “RECONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGE AND RETAINING WALL INCLUDING DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT BAIE LAZARE – ANSE GAULETTE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), CARE HOUSE, ATTIC FLOOR, VICTORIA, BEFORE 10:00AM ON TUESDAY 05TH AUGUST 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
