REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF FENCE AT PALAIS DE JUSTICE.

SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of Seychelles

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms:

A      Contractors Class II registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

B,      Conditions:

  • Contractors must be able to demonstrate capability to perform works worth of SCR 1,000,000.00 of similar nature either government/ private works.
  • Bidder must not have any ongoing project(s) with any Public Procuring Entity;
  1. which has/ have delayed beyond the respective completion date(s) set out in the respective Contract (s) due to delays attributable to the Contractor or
  2. where actual progress of works has fallen behind the expected progress, due to delays attributed to the Contractor.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The site is situated at Palais De Justice, Magistrate Court parking within Ile Du Port in Perseverance District.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:  12 Calendar Weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossier can be obtained from Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA) at the Ministry of Land & Housing (MLH) Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House as from Friday 18th July 20259:00am to 2:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 250.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 24th July 2025 not later than 12:00pm.       

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of their valid license, and the Business Registration Number / NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier.  Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE–BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Friday 25th July 2025 at 10:00am. The meeting point shall be at the Palais De Justice Car Park, Ile Du Port

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED, “REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF FENCE AT PALAIS DE JUSTICE.” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:00AM ON WEDNESDAY 06th AUGUST 2025.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER 10:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.  ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
