ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Contractor class One (I) certificate ONLY, having a valid license and registered to operate in Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Eight (8) Months

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE: The Tender Dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation (PMC), Cashier’s Office Room No 8 at Ocean Gate House, Victoria and Property Management Corporation (PMC)), Office Room 17, 01st Floor Pension Fund Complex Grand Anse Praslin from Friday 22nd August 2025 as from 9.00am to 2.30pm upon payment of a non –refundable fee of SCR500.00 each.

Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 28th August 2025 not later than 2.30pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number/ NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase

PRE-BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Friday 29th August 2025 at 10.30. The meeting point shall be at the car park of the of the Ex-Teacher’s Housing Estate Grand Anse Praslin

Failure to attend the information site meeting and site visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process. SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT INCLUDING SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF BIOROTOR AT EX TEACHER HOUSING ESTATE GRAND ANSE PRASLIN”

DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (PMC), OFFICE ROOM 17, 01ST FLOOR PENSION FUND COMPLEX, GRAND ANSE PRASLIN BEFORE 10:00AM ON TUESDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER 2025, TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERSAND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
