CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD, PARKING AREA AND DRAINAGE (PHASE 2) AT PISPIS ROAD, LA DIGUE.

Eligibility   : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors  Class 1, 2 & 3 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Place of Performance : Pispis Road, La Digue.

Performance Period : Twelve (12) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2^nd Floor Room 235 and at the La Digue District Administration’s Office as of Monday 08^th September 2025 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each.

Closing date for Dossier  : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 12^th September 2025 at 1400Hrs.

Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Monday 15^th September 2025 at 1030Hrs. The meeting place shall be at the La Digue DA’s Office meeting room.

Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: 

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD, PARKING AREA AND DRAINAGE- PHASE 2 AT PISPIS ROAD, LA DIGUE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA AND/OR AT THE LA DIGUE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION’S OFFICE BEFORE 1030HRS ON FRIDAY 19^TH SEPTEMBER, 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
