The Seychelles Airports Authority invites bidders to bid for the Construction of Drainage System and Repair Works on Perimeter track at the Seychelles International Airport.

Eligibility:

The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All contractors Class II & III only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Performance Period:

Eight (8) weeks from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier:

The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Section, Seychelles

Airports Authority at Sunshine House, First Floor, Providence, Mahe as of Wednesday 01st October to Tuesday 07th October 2025 between 9:00amto 3:00pm against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500/- each.

Pre-Tender Site Visit:

A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Thursday 09th October 2025 at 11:00am. The meeting place shall be at the Gate 3 at theSeychelles International Airport.

 

Failure to attend the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase. 

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND REPAIR WORKS ON PERIMETER TRACK AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT” and deposited in the tender box located at the NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA NOT LATER THAN 10:00AM ON THURSDAY 23RD OCTOBER 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
