ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Contractor class Two (II) certificate ONLY, having a valid license and registered to operate in Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Three (3) Months

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE: The electronic copy of the Tender Dossier shall be provided by the Procurement Unit of the Property Management Corporation (PMC), Procurement Unit, following confirmation of payment of SR150.00 from the Cashier’s Office Room No 8 at Ocean Gate House, Victoria from Thursday 23rd October 2025 from 9.00am to 2.30pm upon payment of a non –refundable fee of SCR150.00 each.

Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 29th October 2025 not later than 2.30pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number/ NIN and copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial year 2025 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase

 

PRE-BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been schedule for Thursday 30th October 2025 at 09.30am. The meeting point shall be at the car park of the People Supermarket at the entrance of the Belvedere Road

Failure to attend the information site meeting and site visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RE- ROOFING WORKS ON TWO (2) BLOCKS OF FOUR (4) UNITS FLATS AT THE EXPATRIATE UNIT, AT KAN GARD, PLAISANCE” DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHEBEFORE 10:00AM ON THURSDAY 13TH NOVEMBER 2025.  TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERSAND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.  

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
