THE TENDER FOR RENOVATION WORK ON BLOCK 4, 5 AND 7 AT SPA HEADQUARTERS

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms:

  1. Lot 1 & 2 : A Valid Class 2 only for contractor’s license issued by Seychelles Licensing

                       ii. Lot 3: A Valid Class 2 or Class 3 for contractor’s license issued by Seychelles Licensing

                    registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:  Seychelles Ports Authority

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:     

LOT 1

Renovation works on Block 4 at SPA HQ

4 weeks – from the Contract Award date

LOT 2

Renovation works on Block 5 at SPA HQ

4 weeks – from the Contract Award date

LOT 3

Renovation works on Block 7 at SPA HQ

3 weeks – from the Contract Award date

Bidders may participate in all three (3) Lots. But will be eligible for award of only one (1) Lot.

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA) at the Procurement Office, New Port, Mahe as from Wednesday 13th May, 2026 0830hrs to 1500hrs deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 19th May, 2026 not later than 1500hrs.

Potential Bidders shall provide a hard copy of a valid Class 2 & 3 license upon obtaining the tender dossier.  Potential Bidder  shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE–BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Friday 22nd May, 2026 at 0930 hrs. The meeting point shall be at the Seychelles Ports Authority Head Quarter.   

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED, “THE TENDER FOR RENOVATION WORK ON BLOCK 4, 5 AND 7 AT SPA HEADQUARTERS” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 1030.hrs ON Wednesday 03rd June 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030hrs BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
